Ever since I was young, my mother told me the stories of her own study abroad. I always knew that I wanted to follow in her footsteps and have my own abroad experience during college. Unfortunately as both a covid student and transfer student, I was losing hope that I would get the experience I so desperately desired. One day, I was meeting with my academic advisor who told me I was in fact able to study abroad and I applied for this program immediately not knowing the journey I was about to embark on. Through this experience, I have not only got to immerse myself in one of the most beautiful cultures of the world but learn so much about myself and my academic passions in the process. I have never pushed myself the way I have here and although exhausted, I am so proud of what I have accomplished. I am so excited to take everything I have learned here and apply it to life and school in the states.
